I was planning to visit the region of Seto inland sea with my students as usual summer. But the gigantic disaster caused by extremely heavy rain prevented us from going to Hiroshima and Ehime prefectures. The large amount of rain we'd never have destroyed many roads and trucks around there in a few days so crazily as to deprive huge number of people of almost all their means of transportation to Cyugoku and/or Shikoku regions. Shinkansen bullet trains will, however, get to Okayama, Hiroshima and other stations near the afflicted area as scheduled.
My parents were born and brought up in Hiroshima and most of my relatives live there. I got the information from my first cousin through Line app that she and her mother temporarily had to leave their own house for the public refuge because the evacuation order was issued and the river by their house was about to flood. In these circumstances, we would be supposed to quit our trip, but instead, we only decided to change some destinations and the routes of it.
Many of our students perform their favorite tunes in this concert held on two days. Basically, small children who are under 4th grade of elementary school perform on 23rd, teenagers and adults on 17th. Please check carefully which day your acquaintance is going to show up on the stage.
Every audience has to order one drink at least when you enter the hall, then we give you a small card proving your payment. You can reenter the hall free by showing the card to the front desk clerk. If you want the second onward, order whenever you please.
There is some possibility that the concert goes faster than scheduled, so we recommend you come a bit earlier in the hall lest you miss the performance you particularly want to see. We are very sorry but we might require you to take standing room because the concert will be crowded and families and friends of the performers have prior claim to the seats.
